Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations with ease. Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment.
