Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of fire alarms and detection systems.
- Diagnose malfunctions and ensure fire alarm systems are operational at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, maintenance, and inspections.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
- Keeps records of service calls, equipment installed, and maintenance performed.
- Stay updated on fire alarm technology and relevant code changes.
Essential Qualifications
- Valid Fire Alarm License is required.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
- Experience working in diverse environments including commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and standards in fire safety.
