Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments
• Provide personalized consultations to assess guest needs and customize each session accordingly
• Maintain a clean, serene, and fully prepared treatment room before and after each appointment
• Educate guests on recommended treatments, home care, and retail products to enhance their wellness journey
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, guest satisfaction, and spa etiquette
• Stay current with massage techniques, trends, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
• Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, and other massage modalities
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Professional, warm, and guest-centered demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent client base
• Retail sales experience or willingness to recommend spa products a plus
