What You'll Do

• Write and prioritize repair orders based on customer requests and vehicle inspection results.
• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet customer and business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and vehicle history.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification in automotive repair or service advising (e.g. ASE, ATI).
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
