Oversees contract and project performance by monitoring progress, evaluating contractor achievement of goals, and assessing risk to ensure effective operations and compliance with regulations.

Provides technical guidance on data analysis and automation opportunities to enhance program efficiency, including evaluating processes and recommending improvements.
