Contract | Days | Monday-Friday with one weekend rotation per month

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Float across multiple care settings as assigned, providing consistent and quality therapy services at each location
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Alabama
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability and willingness to float between multiple care locations as needed
• Availability for one weekend rotation per month

• Prior experience working in a float or multi-site therapy role
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar rehabilitation settings

• Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple care settings
• Expected 36 hours per week providing consistent, stable work as a contract clinician
