We are growing and we are seeking Traveling Assistant Superintendents who want to build impactful projects and long term careers.

The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in supporting on site project leadership for major industrial construction projects. Our projects are in the following states: MS, IL, IN, OH, NC, VA and GA. This position requires travel.

What you will do:

• Assist the Superintendent with daily on site field management for industrial construction projects.

• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.

• Conduct daily site walks, maintain logs, and document progress, issues, and quality checks.

• Assist with scheduling, look ahead planning, and updating progress reports.

• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure work aligns with project requirements.

• Help track materials, deliveries, and equipment usage to avoid delays.

• Support quality control inspections and help implement corrective actions when needed.

• Communicate routinely with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding site conditions, challenges, and progress.

What you need:

• 3+ years of post grad construction experience

• 1+ years as an Assistant Superintendent

• Industrial Construction experience

• High School Diploma

• Willingness to travel

• Base ($100,000-$115,000) + Bonus
