Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
We are looking for professional, guest-focused Front Desk Agents to join our hotel team.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
Experience with hotel reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest services.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and front desk responsibilities professionally.
Ability to work morning, evening, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service.
Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and room assignments accurately.
Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests.
Properly document guest complaints, maintenance issues, and important shift information.
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Maintain accurate Front Desk records and ensure proper shift handover.
Protect guest privacy and maintain a professional and secure front desk environment.

Someone who understands that the Front Desk is the heart of hotel operations and can represent the hotel professionally while delivering excellent guest service.
Full-Time & Part-Time positions available.
Previous hotel experience is required.
