Carolina Caring is looking for a Master of Social Work to provide case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers. The Medical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. This role will service our servicing county areas. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package and paid time off and mileage reimbursement. Requirements Education Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Experience: Must have one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
