Job Description Tucson, Arizona - PM&R Physician (Post-Acute Care) We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our growing post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days per week) providing care in skilled nursing facilities. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual compensation: $232,000 – $279,000 No cap on productivity income potential Signing bonus available for qualified candidates Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program Leadership and medical directorship growth opportunities About the Role In this position, you will: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards You will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
