Opened in mid-March 2026 at the iconic Bal Harbour Shops, Slim's is a steakhouse concept from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr, whose Miami favorites such as Makoto, Le Zoo, and Pastis have become synonymous with style and exceptional dining. At Slim's, the timeless allure of a classic steakhouse meets the cinematic glamour of old Hollywood, brought to life through lush leather seating, vintage-inspired art, and an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. With prime cuts, expertly crafted cocktails, and Starr's signature attention to every detail, Slim's has quickly established itself as a must-visit destination in Miami's luxury dining scene.
Now seeking Prep Cooks with an eagerness to learn and grow to join the team! This position offers a comprehensive package including:

The desired candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience as Prep Cook preferably with steakhouse experience
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to manage a prep list from start to finish
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
- Full-time availability – including weekend availability is desired
