Entry-Level Quality Systems Specialist

Entry‑Level Quality Systems Specialist – Boeing Company – Locations: Seal Beach, CA; Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA. Position Responsibilities Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans. Assist with maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics. Collect data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems. Collect data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability. Collect, develop, track and report corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collect data to support quality source selection activity. Support preparation for hardware, software and system level audits. Support communications, reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews and strategic meetings. Work under close supervision. Basic Qualifications (Required) U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Experience in performing data analysis. Experience with project management. Experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems. Experience in quality inspection and/or auditing. Experience in quality management systems (QMS). Experience working in a lab/flight test environment. Experience in quality, lab test and/or metrology. Experience in the application of AS9100. Experience managing projects involving cross‑functional or cross‑business unit teams.
