HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Job Description

Overview

Collins Comfort Masters is looking for a dependable, customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technician. You’ll be scheduled for residential maintenance appointments and will be responsible for the visit from inspection through repair.

When a maintenance visit reveals a problem, you’ll evaluate it, explain your findings, present appropriate options, and complete the repairs the customer approves. This position is scheduled for maintenance appointments rather than dedicated diagnostic or repair service calls.

At Collins Comfort Masters, we value our technicians and the quality of their work. We’re looking for hard-working people who take pride in serving customers and also value meaningful time at home. We believe technicians need time to recharge and be with family. Because all technicians share a rotating on-call schedule, we work to balance our customers’ needs with respect for our technicians’ time away from work.

What’s In It For Me?

• Market Value Compensation
• Robust PTO Plan
• Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from
• 401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%
• Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
• Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft
• Continuous Training for your Professional Development
• Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment

Compensation

This is a full-commission position with annual earning potential of $65,000–$250,000 , based on skill, work ethic, and results. The position includes generous pay for each completed maintenance, with additional commission opportunities for approved repairs and other eligible recommendations. The current compensation plan is reviewed during the hiring process.
