Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent customer service
• Support Drive-Thru operations (indoor and outdoor roles)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods
• Follow Chick-fil-A cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Perform routine FOH tasks with consistency
• Stand 810 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors as needed

Applicant for this role must be available in the evening

• No experience required training provided
• Strong passion for customer service
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
• Enjoys routine and consistency
• Team-oriented, dependable, and open to feedback
• Excited to learn and take initiative
• Loves serving and helping others
• Basic Math: 1 year (required)

Shift Requirements

• Applicant for this role must be available: 4p-10:30p
• Weekend availability required
• Able to work outdoors in Drive-Thru positions
• Sundays off
