What This Role Is About Engage customers and uncover real needs Recommend products and services that solve real problems Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service Contribute to daily store performance and team success Support store opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, sales development, and trusted store responsibility in a structured environment.
