Hospital Partnerships Lead - Organ Donation
HonorBridge, Inc.
HonorBridge is seeking a Hospital Liaison to serve as a trusted partner to healthcare teams, foster strong hospital relationships, and help strengthen donation outcomes across the service area. This role involves collaboration with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to ensure donation opportunities are recognized and referrals occur appropriately. You will work to maximize the gift of donation while upholding CMS and Joint Commission requirements, with occasional travel to #J-18808-Ljbffr
