Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused modalities.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques tailored to each client's specific situations and preferences.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, in adherence to HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive, high-quality care for all patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a culture of collective growth and learning.

• Provide patients and their families with comprehensive education on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

• Manage a full caseload with the objective of meeting treatment goals promptly, while adhering to the ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
