Youll support core HR functions help maintain organization across multiple platforms and contribute to a safe smooth and enjoyable working environment for everyone. HOW YOU WILL DO IT: Providehands-on supportby resolving employee questions concerns and issues with care and professionalism Utilize HR systems such as ARS DayForce and UKG to manage team member information accurately and efficiently Be thefirst friendly voicewhen answering calls offering courteous and prompt assistance Track and counselteam members on attendance punctuality and company policies Lead the way in celebrating team success through theTeam Six Reward Program Be a role model by enforcing Grooming Guest First and Safety Standards Assist in other HR areas likeEmployment & Recruiting Administration and Wardrobe Keep employee files up to date and organized throughelectronic filing Maintain a clean and welcomingTeam Service Office environment Take onother tasksas needed to help support the team and park operations Were Looking For: Must be18 years of age or older Must have weekend availability Comfortable working aflexible scheduleincluding late nights weekends and holidays Enthusiastic friendly andpassionate about helping others Strong problem-solving communication and leadershipskills Self-starter who manages time well and follows up consistently Willingness tolearn HR procedures and systemsquickly Ability tocoach and engage with team members of all ages OTHER NOTES: Reports to the TSO Supervisor All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole
