Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery DriverImperial Dade has a Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver role available in Hazelwood, MO! Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.The Trailer Driver/Class A Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering and providing exceptional customer service.The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily route is completed. NO WEEKENDS!The routes are a mix between regional and local throughout Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois 1 night a week. There are No Chicago routes.You will:Safely operate a 53' truck or smallerLoad and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gateProperly track and document activity logReport any issues or incidents to dispatchInspect the truck before and after tripsCommunicate with customers with a positive, outgoing attitudeYou have:A valid commercial driver's licenseMust be able to pass a DOT Medical ExamA good driving record1 year of recent CDL A experience1 year of route delivery experience1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experienceAbility to handle a physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)Lift gate experienceStrong work ethicWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
