As a Security Officer Patrol in Visalia, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide professional communication and customer service while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate incident, patrol, and visitor records.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership while reporting observed conditions and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
