How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or cognitive deficits to restore independence and improve their overall quality of life
• Design and implement personalized care plans using advanced modalities to ensure every patient receives the most effective path to recovery
• Educate and empower families and caregivers by providing the tools and knowledge necessary for a safe and successful transition back to the home environment
• Collaborate and lead the clinical team by overseeing therapy assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of evidence-based practice

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
