Responsibilities and Role As a Classroom Teacher, you will lead a classroom of diverse learners, delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with state and school-specific standards. You will create a safe, supportive environment where students are excited to learn and empowered to reach their full potential. By implementing strategies that address all learning styles, you will ensure each student thrives. Using data to inform your instruction, you’ll continuously adjust teaching methods to maximize student success. Foster student growth by using a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and individualized support to meet diverse learning needs. Maximize student achievement through ongoing assessments and tailored instructional adjustments to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to provide well-rounded support for students’ academic and personal success. Build a positive classroom environment based on mutual respect, active inquiry, and a shared passion for learning, where all students feel heard, valued, and empowered. Incorporate technology and creative tools to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for success in a 21st-century world. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Base Salary Sign-On Bonus Retention Stipend Enrollment Incentive Stipend Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary) Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Prescription drug, and Vision Life insurance and Voluntary life insurance PTO - Vacation, Sick, Personal Franklin Academy is a Drug-Free Workplace.
