Yume Sushi Bar - Calabasas
Yume Sushi Bar is looking for a dedicated Sushi Roller to join our team in Calabasas.
This position focuses primarily on making sushi rolls during service. Previous sushi rolling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and can thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to become a valuable part of a growing team.
Weekend availability, especially Sundays, is highly preferred. Applicants with flexible schedules and weekend availability will receive priority consideration.
This position is primarily based in Calabasas, but opportunities may also be available at our Studio City location as the company continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare sushi rolls consistently and efficiently during service
• Maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards
• Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and stocked
• Work closely with the sushi team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with prep and station setup as needed
