The Role We are seeking a full-time, passionate QBA to join our team in a hybrid in-center position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active QBA certification (required) State LBA license (required or in process) Experience developing and implementing ABA programs Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with diverse client populations is a plus Why Join Treetop ABA?
