Compensation: $150K-$200K base (flexible for the right person)
About the CompanyOur partner is a well-funded, deeply AI-forward company building an AI product for commercial real estate. They recently shifted to a product-led growth model, where anyone can sign up directly and start using the product with free credits. The whole organization runs on AI tools as a matter of culture, with a 45-person team operating at the leading edge of AI adoption. This is a chance to help define a growth playbook in a category where one has never really existed.
The OpportunityThis is a growth hacker role for someone who wakes up thinking about one question: how do we double signups across channels? You will own growth experimentation end to end, spinning up and testing new acquisition channels, building lightweight tools that can spread organically, striking strategic partnerships, and tapping into communities. The goal is to find what works, build it into a repeatable channel, and then hand it off so you can go find the next one.
This is not a traditional media buying role and not lifecycle marketing. You will report directly to a senior leader and have real ownership and autonomy, with the marketing team expected to grow as the function proves out.
Responsibilities- Drive signups and growth across channels, constantly looking to double output
- Design, launch, and test new acquisition channels
- Build lightweight tools that can catch fire organically and drive lead generation
- Identify and strike strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships
- Engage relevant communities to drive awareness and acquisition
- Build channels into repeatable pillars that can be handed off to specialized hires
- 2-3 years of experience (open to 3-5), hungry, experimental mindset
- Startup experience, ideally as an early employee who naturally fell into a growth role
- Extremely AI-forward and hands-on, comfortable building and shipping with AI tools and agents
- Strong strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and build initial proof of concept
- Comfortable picking up the phone for partnership conversations
- Bonus: experience bringing B2B SaaS or consumer growth best practices into a new domain
