Director of Social Services/Activities

Job Description

Allbridge Rehab and Nursing Center is now seeking a Social Service/Activity Director for a dual role!

This Dual Role presents a unique opportunity to help and encourage residents to feel engaged and also work as the representative for social interests. Allbridge Rehab and Nursing is a brand new facility, with a small census to really help you engage and make a difference in their lives. As well as work with a small, family like team!

Social Service Director:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.

Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH
At least one year of relevant experience
Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
Excellent communication skills
