Operational Specialist

Base pay range $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr Job Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you will support the billing department by handling a variety of financial and operational tasks. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Run financial reports using Power BI and Excel to support billing operations. Export and manipulate data from SAP into Excel for analysis and reporting. Execute SAP variants and review invoicing transactions for accuracy. Manage incoming mail and ensure proper distribution to department locations. Review third‑party invoices for completeness and accuracy. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the billing team. Qualifications 1+ year of experience using SAP, ideally for invoicing, running variants, and processing billing transactions. 1+ year of experience with Excel, including exporting data, performing V‑lookups, and sorting/filtering. 6+ months of experience with billing and invoice review.
