Primary Care Nurse (Full-Time) - Rome Health Rome Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Nurses to join our growing healthcare team in Rome and Oneida New York. Position Summary The Primary Care Nurse is responsible for assessing, directing, and coordinating patient care and clinical procedures in an efficient, empathetic, and timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. This role also serves as a patient advocate and health educator while supporting providers and care teams in a fast-paced primary care environment.
