Sales Development Representative
Our client is a lead generation company for Real Estate Agents & Teams based in Dallas, TX.
This position is onsite in our Dallas, TX location. No sponsorship available for this role.
Job Description
We are helping real estate professionals grow their businesses by connecting them with high-quality buyer and seller leads through an industry-leading lead generation and CRM platform. With thousands of inbound inquiries every month and strong brand recognition, our sales team has a steady flow of opportunities to engage prospective customers.
We're looking for energetic Sales Development Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build a long-term sales career. This is an excellent opportunity with a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to a high volume of inbound leads from prospective customers.
- Engage real estate agents and brokerage teams by phone, email, and text.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
- Educate prospects on the value of our lead generation platform.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or CRM).
- Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of sales, SDR, BDR, customer service, or high-volume phone experience.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of daily conversations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and competitive.
- Coachable with a desire to build a career in technology sales.
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products is a plus.
Preferred backgrounds include: Inside sales, Insurance sales, High-volume transactional sales, Lead qualification, Customer acquisition.
Note: We are not targeting candidates coming directly from residential real estate agent roles.
Additional Information
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $70,000
- Strong promotion opportunities into Account Executive positions.
No sponsorship at this time.
