Aurum is selecting a producing Store Lead to take ownership of a wireless sales operation inside an established big-box retail location.

Our Store Leads do not manage from the sidelines. They establish the standard, coach their people, recruit new talent, protect the retail relationship, solve problems, and sell alongside their teams.

This position is designed for a leader who wants genuine ownership and measurable responsibility.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Daily execution inside the assigned location
• Individual and team sales performance
• Representative coaching and development
• Store scheduling and coverage
• Recruiting and onboarding support
• Sales and compliance reporting
• Customer experience and issue resolution
• Communication with retail management
• Professional presentation of the team and location

THE AURUM LEADERSHIP STANDARD

When performance falls behind, the Store Lead is expected to identify the cause, establish a recovery plan, coach the team, increase activity, and personally contribute to the solution.

Store Leads are evaluated on more than their own production. Success includes developing representatives, maintaining stable staffing, protecting customer quality, and creating a store that can perform consistently.
