NOW HIRING: Employment Specialist - Marion, IN

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and motivated Employment Specialist to join a busy office in Marion, IN. The goal of this role is to help maintain smooth office operations and schedules while providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Assist with job orders as needed
Conduct phone interviews with applicants
Provide strong customer service to clients and candidates

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
Consistent work history
