Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager - M1 (Injection Molding) Responsibilities Establish and monitor quality standards for injection molding operations, including raw materials, molds, in-process inspections, and finished products. Analyze quality data, monitor process parameters, and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve production efficiency. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 while promoting 6S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Monitor calibration of measuring instruments, maintain quality documentation, and ensure compliance with inspection and testing requirements. Conduct quality and process training for production teams, lead quality review meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Job Specifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within an Injection Molding or Plastic Manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of Injection Molding processes, Quality Control Tools (7 QC Tools), Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and ISO 9001:2015. Why Join Haier?
