What You'll Do

• Provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Manage a wide range of acute cases, including trauma, Urology, GI, vascular, and cysto procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise residents and interns, contributing to educational activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in on-call duties as required, maintaining high-quality patient care

What You Need

Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted CA Medical License
• ABEM or AOBEM certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience in the past 3 years
• Residency training in emergency medicine (3-year accredited program)
• Proven experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine

Preferred:

• Experience teaching residents or interns
• Academic publications or memberships in professional societies
