Job Description

Detailers of Naples company group / Sarasota Auto Defense is the premier automotive customization shop specializing in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and window tinting. We work with high-end vehicles and clients who demand the best in protection and aesthetics. As we continue to grow across our Sarasota and Naples locations, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team and sell our premium services.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to educate and sell high-end automotive protection services
Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close deals efficiently
Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, automotive, or luxury/high-ticket sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and educate customers on the value of premium services
A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of automotive protection products (training provided)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work out of our Naples or Sarasota location
