If you're looking for a family-oriented company that lives by its values and offers competitive pay and benefits, join our team today.Location: Winter Haven, FL Shift: Mon – Wed, every other Thursday; 6 am – 6 pmWhat You Will Do:Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environmentAssist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chainsEnsure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control managementEnsure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibilityAchieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvementLead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
