- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet hiring goals and deadlines
