Are you a skilled claims professional with experience in auto property damage and bodily injury claims? We're looking for a Claims Representative II - Auto Adjuster to join our team! In this role, you'll primarily handle claims over the phone, with occasional field inspections as needed. You'll play a key role in ensuring fair and timely claim resolutions while providing excellent service to policyholders and claimants.

What You'll Do

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto casualty claims, including personal, commercial, and farm-related exposures.
• Handle bodily injury and property damage claims while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Take detailed recorded statements and refer potentially fraudulent claims.
• Read and interpret contracts to accurately set case reserves.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with policyholders, claimants, and agents via phone, email, and in person.
• Work collaboratively with field staff, independent adjusters, and industry experts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of auto claims experience (preferred).
• Experience handling bodily injury and property damage claims (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid considerations in claims handling (a plus).
• Auto body estimating experience (a plus).
• Experience in IN, IL, or OH jurisdiction (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
