Support Physiatry with Purpose Grow with a Team That Values Balance and Integrity Partner with a physician-led PM&R group that provides consult-based care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Texas, now expanding in Victoria. Known for combining high-touch patient care with high-quality documentation, we re looking for exceptional NPs to join that mission. This isn t about volume. It s about value for patients, for facilities, and for your career. The Role: You ll collaborate closely with board-certified Physiatrists to ensure continuity of care and serve as a key presence within partner facilities. You ll balance autonomy with physician guidance and play a vital role in restoring function and dignity for post-acute patients.
