Heroic Home Comfort is a family-owned heating, cooling, heat pump, electrical, insulation, and home-energy business serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. We focus on honest advice, dependable service, clear communication, and careful work in our customers' homes. Join our team in helping local homeowners make their homes comfortable, safe, and efficient.
Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. Lead residential HVAC installations with attention to workmanship, safety, and the homeowner's experience.Responsibilities:
- Organize installation work and guide installers and helpers.
- Install heating, cooling, ducted, and ductless equipment within the assigned scope.
- Check installation details, start up equipment, and document completed work.
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC installation experience and ability to lead a crew.
- Ability to read installation instructions and coordinate job-site work.
- Strong workmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
