Havenside Home Improvement is looking for a proven sales leader ready to help scale one of the fastest growing home improvement organizations in the region.
This is not a babysitting role.
This is not a “sit in the office and watch numbers” position.
We are looking for a leader who can recruit, train, inspire, develop, ride along, close deals, improve performance, create accountability, and build a championship level culture.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Recruiting and developing top tier sales talent
- Leading daily sales meetings and trainings
- Field coaching and ride alongs
- Improving close rates and average sale
- Building systems, accountability, and culture
- Helping sales reps maximize income and performance
- Driving revenue growth while protecting profitability
