AI Product Manager

Job Type-Long Term Contract We’re looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, customer-facing digital products at the intersection of creator ecosystems and marketing technology. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and roadmap creator-focused products Translate customer, creator, and business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams Own end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration Drive AI native development and agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives Leverage data, user insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering customer-facing digital products Hands-on experience with marketing technology (martech), including affiliate, social, or digital marketing platforms Proven experience building or shipping AI-powered features or products Strong product thinking with the ability to connect problems → solutions → measurable impact Experience working in Agile product environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategy and execution What We’re Looking For A product manager who can turn ambiguity into clear direction Someone who understands both the “why” and the “how” behind product decisions A strong collaborator who can influence across teams and levels A builder mindset with curiosity around AI and emerging technologies Working at GSPANN GSPANN is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
