Creative Strategist / Direct-Response Copywriter - Meta Ads (m/w/d)

Aktuell schreibt eine Creative Strategist unsere Ads. Du kommst als zweite Kraft dazu: mit eigener Pipeline, eigenen Ideen und eigenen Ergebnissen. Vollzeit, 100 % remote und mit direktem Draht zur Geschäftsführung. Aufgaben Kurzfassung: Du findest heraus, warum Menschen kaufen, und schreibst Videos, die genau das auslösen. Bis zum fertigen Creative im Account. Du sammelst Angles: aus Bewertungen, Kommentaren, Umfragen, unseren besten Ads und Swipes. KI hilft beim Research, den Gedanken dahinter hast du. Du schreibst komplette Skripte für Video-Ads: Hook, Body, CTA. Auf Deutsch (bald auch auf Englisch). Du organisierst den Content für dein Skript: UGC-Creator, Founder-Aufnahmen, B-Roll, Voiceover, Shotlisten. Du briefst den Cutter, gibst Feedback und nimmst ab. Du iterierst auf dem, was läuft: neue Hooks, neue Längen, neue Angles. Du führst deine eigene Pipeline vom Test bis zur Skalierung. Im Ads Manager siehst du, was sie bringt. Qualifikation Wir suchen jemanden, der Copy schreibt, die verkauft, und das belegen kann: Du hast Direct-Response-Copy geschrieben, die nachweislich Umsatz gebracht hat. Beispiele und Zahlen liegen bei dir bereit. Du kennst Meta-Ads im D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld von innen und weißt, was ein Creative braucht, damit es verkauft. Idealerweise zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Creative Strategy oder Performance-Copywriting. Du denkst in Avataren, Awareness Stages und Mass Desires. Marketing-Psychologie ist für dich echtes Handwerk. KI gehört zu deinem Alltag: Research, Varianten, Struktur. Der Hook, der sitzt, kommt von dir. Du schreibst verkaufsstark auf Deutsch und verhandlungssicher auf Englisch. Du hast Bock auf Output. Viele Videos, viele Tests, viele Learnings. Und die Geduld, zu wiederholen, was funktioniert. Nice-to-have: Advertorials, Listicles oder eigene Media-Buying-Erfahrung.
