Provides counsel to management regarding facility issues.Position Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.Must carry beeper and respond to maintenance callMust be able to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions.Must demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.Must read, know and follow personnel, department, and facility policies.Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility.Must be able to see small details, in equipment, machinery, etc.Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan, and follow policies and procedures.Supervises staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.
