Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Store Sales Associate to help our customers find their perfect fit while keeping our shop welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care : Provide outstanding service, sizing assistance, and product recommendations to uniform buyers.
• POS Operations : Run the point-of-sale system efficiently for accurate sales, exchanges, and returns.
• Store Upkeep : Maintain visual merchandising, restock inventory, and update promotional displays.
• Daily Operations : Execute opening and closing procedures, including accurate cash handling.
• Event Support : Assist with occasional offsite uniform fitting events and pop-up shops.
• Multitasking : Manage multiple customers’ needs simultaneously during peak seasonal rush periods.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay : $15.00 per hour
• Hours : Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
• Perks : Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience : Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Availability : Flexible schedule, including readiness to work nights and weekends.
• Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Age : Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Screening : Must pass a background check, drug screening, and pre-employment assessment.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods on the showroom floor.
• Lift, move, and unpack merchandise boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Bend, reach, climb ladders, and maneuver stock safely.
