Responsibilities and Qualifications A successful Resource Specialist candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with experience in data entry, navigating several data management systems, project management, linking to community resources, screening clients, and writing skills (case notes). This is repetitive work and requires sitting at a workstation at least 90% of the day. Work Schedule and Benefits Our compressed work week, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am -6:00 pm, with an hour lunch, supports work‑life balance.
