We are looking for an experience Physical Therapy to provide exceptional care to patients within the comfort of their home. Job Types : Part-time Salary: Up to $85 per visit Medical specialties: Physical Therapy Physical setting: Long term care Home Care Standard shift: Day shift Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Physical Therapy License Experience: Physical Therapy: 2years (Preferred) Responsibilities Assist in patient's activities of daily living Monitor patient and report on their well-being Evaluationexamination and treatment of patients Administering treatments to help improve patients' physical abilities Developing and reviewing treatment plans Educating patients on exercises and therapeutic techniques Sanitizing therapy areas and preparing equipment for appointments. Language: English (Preferred) Spanish Haitian Creole License/Certification: CPR Certification (Required) Driver's License (Required) Physical Therapy License Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Home health Don't think you're a good fit for this particular posting?
