Key Qualifications:

• Valid OT license for Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to K-12 students across all assigned schools (caseload varies by need)
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams as required
