Newburyport and Haverhill, MA - Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity to join a well-established and thriving OB/Gyn practice located in the picturesque and historic town of Newburyport, Massachusetts. This practice currently comprises six full-time physicians and six midwives, with plans for further expansion. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care, fostering a collaborative environment where we support one another and are committed to the well-being of the women we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgeries and deliveries at our affiliated hospital.
• Engage in a hybrid Hospitalist/Laborist model.
• Provide mentorship to early-career physicians.
• Contribute to a well-managed childbirth center.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including multigenerational families.
• Work alongside highly trained nursing staff.
• Collaborate with a neonatologist in a level 1B nursery.
• Utilize in-house anesthesia services.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Gynecology, General Surgery, and Hospitalist teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $300,000.00 - $330,000.00 USD

The salary range provided reflects the annual base pay that our organization reasonably anticipates for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
