Business Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel

We are seeking a lateral litigation associate for our Portland office with outstanding credentials and preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation. More senior candidates may also be considered. A judicial clerkship is encouraged. Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, distinctive academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, and excellent references. Experience with large and sophisticated litigation matters and e‑discovery is a plus. The commercial litigation practice represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced, collaborative practitioners on a local and national level. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
