Facilities Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00am)

• Perform general building maintenance including painting, minor plumbing, repairs, and light replacements.
• Set up and relocate workstations, offices, and meeting rooms across the facility.
• Maintain building grounds by removing trash, debris, and ensuring a clean appearance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support facility projects and daily operations.
• Respond to facility requests, troubleshoot issues, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Facilities Technician Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building services experience is required.
• Basic computer skills needed, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform hands-on repair work.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; must pass pre-employment screening requirements.
